Your mission
Role Overview
As a Customer Success Specialist at Vapaus, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales within our existing BtoB customers in Finland and Sweden. Working in a remote-first environment, you will support the successful adoption of Vapaus’ renewed bicycle benefit offering and proactively identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with B2B customers of different sizes and industries in the Nordic area
Respond to B2B customer inquiries and support them in resolving day-to-day issues across different channels using Zendesk and Hubspot platforms
Maintain proactive, multichannel communication with customers (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Manage contract updates and transitions to the new product offering = sell the renewed Vapaus bicycle benefit to existing BtoB customers
Activate employers’ employees to maximize bicycle uptake, in close collaboration with customers’ HR teams and other decision makers as well as the Vapaus marketing team
Participate in customer meetings and events, primarily in a remote setting
Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene, ensuring customer data, activities, and opportunities are accurately documented and kept up to date
