Role Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist at Vapaus, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales within our existing BtoB customers in Finland and Sweden. Working in a remote-first environment, you will support the successful adoption of Vapaus’ renewed bicycle benefit offering and proactively identify growth opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with B2B customers of different sizes and industries in the Nordic area

  • Respond to B2B customer inquiries and support them in resolving day-to-day issues across different channels using Zendesk and Hubspot platforms

  • Maintain proactive, multichannel communication with customers (phone, email, LinkedIn)

  • Manage contract updates and transitions to the new product offering = sell the renewed Vapaus bicycle benefit to existing BtoB customers 

  • Activate employers’ employees to maximize bicycle uptake, in close collaboration with customers’ HR teams and other decision makers as well as the Vapaus marketing team

  • Participate in customer meetings and events, primarily in a remote setting

  • Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene, ensuring customer data, activities, and opportunities are accurately documented and kept up to date

Your profile
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in solving BtoB customer issues and interacting with them across different channels e.g. in customer success, sales or customer service roles 

  • Sales mindset and ability to identify and drive upsell opportunities

  • Ability to serve customers fluently in Finnish, Swedish and English.

  • Highly self-driven and proactive, able to take ownership and work independently in a remote-first environment

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience using CRM and customer support tools, such as HubSpot and Zendesk

  • Interest in utilizing AI in order to improve efficiency and quality of your own work and the whole CS team
